Rajarshee Gupta is a student of literature and interested in translational works. After completing his M.A. and M.Phil in English from University of Calcutta, he currently works as an Assistant Professor of English at a Govt. degree college. His keen interest in Indian mythology and philosophy has compelled him to engage himself in this project in the role of an editor and compiler of the articles. He has translated a number of essays on the female characters of Mahabharata written by Professor Nrisinha Prasad Bhaduri, eminent Indologist and Sanskrit scholar. A voracious reader, he loves the classical works in Bengali, Sanskrit, Russian and German literatures from the core of his heart. If he manages to snatch a few hours for himself, he listens to Indian classical music and Tagore songs, watches adventure movies, reads occult and horror literature, or gets asleep.
