Bhīma (Bhima), while denouncing Duryodhana’s mentality of doing harm to relatives, names other tyrannical kings, who, out of their arrogance and jealousy, destroyed their own friends and relations — samuccicchidurjñātīn suhṛdaśca savandhavān. In course of of naming such eighteen kings, Bhīma has mentioned the name of king Udāvartta, belonging to Haihaya vaṁśa (vamsa, lineage).
