One of God Viṣṇu’s (Vishnu’s) one thousand names. To explain the meaning of this name the annotator Śaṃkarācārya (Shankaracharya) has said—

ādirjanmaḥ nidhanaṃ vināśaḥ taddvayaṃ yasya
                                          na vidyate sa anādinidhanaḥ.

One who has no beginning, that is, one who has not taken birth, and one who cannot be destroyed, nor can die— it is in this sense that god is renowned as Anādinidhana (Anadinidhana).
